Where's My Midwife? is a grassroots organization seeking to increase access to midwives in hospitals, free-standing birth centers and at home through education and advocacy.

 

We are super excited about our friends at One World Birth!  They are using a term that we feel needs to be used more in reference to the current climate in maternity care - "revolution!"  Here is their launch video:

WMM? believes in the Midwives Model of Care. In countries with best outcomes for mothers and babies, midwives are the primary maternity care providers. It is our intention to educate the public about why families choose midwives, and why families deserve to have midwifery care available to them. When we discovered that midwives are being marginalized all over the country, we decided it was time to call on all midwives and their clients to stand together and demand change. We invite you to join us on this journey.
